Has more than 15 years of experience in legal works, arbitration, mediation, civil law, contract law, commercial and corporate law, banking and finance, real estate and construction law

He has acted as counsel, mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator in many complex disputes under leading international and regional arbitration rules.

Has authored and co-authored several publications in English, and Arabic he pleads in English, and Arabic. After obtaining an LLB and Law and a (master in Law) and Degree of Doctor PhD in privet law the University of Damascus, Saud Al-Nazal served as a lecturer in civil and commercial law.

And practice with teaching in many Universities, government and special in Syria He is admitted to the Syria Bar and is licensed as a legal consultant.

Saud Al-Nazal served as a Partner in leading European and Arabian law firms, real-estate and construction, and corporate commercial; He was as well counsel to the number of companies and authorities of government institutions and a lawyer in a leading law-firm in Syria. Finally, Saud Al-Nazal is Member of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Law.
